I created a custom form for candidates with questions for various jobs. However, I only use a few questions for a specific job when candidates apply. This works well.
Now I also want a few custom status tracking fields to use with each candidate. Only the recruiters complete these fields.
When I open a candidate to modify some of the custom fields, the screen forces me to enter ALL required fields, but some of these fields are NOT used for this job. This means that I can't have any internal custom fields for us to use with candidates.
Is there a way to only use the fields specifically related to this job when a recruiter is editing a candidate?
