- Login to mail.zoho.com as Super Administrator
- Got o Domains >> Add the subdomain mail.yourdomain.com i.e the URL, you want to use as Custom URL. (This need not be verified)
- You can then add a CNAME in your DNS Manager page pointing to business.zoho.com
But I am not finding an option to add the subdomain mail.utilizeit.com in domain control panel.
