Custom Shopify Sender Email with Zoho
I have a Shopify store (storename.shop) and I'm trying to be able to respond to customers with a gmail account (storename.shop@gmail.com) and have it so the customer sees a custom sender email (info@storename.shop).
I recently created the custom sender email of info@storename.shop with Zoho Creator. I set it as a forwarding adress through Shopify to recieve the code, and it was verified.
I also verified my custom Shopify store domain with zoho mail (using DNS codes) and it worked.
When I send a test email to info@storename.shop, it forwards to my gmail properly. However, when I reply, it shows my gmail. I've been trying to figure this out for about 4 days now reading articles and watching tutorials but I'm at a loss. any help would be appreciated.
