Custom URL not working

Hi,

I have registered for custom URL and have created CNAME pointing to business.zoho.com in Godaddy as per the instructions. It worked fine till yesterday. Since morning we are getting the following error. mail.pracs.in’s server DNS address could not be found.

I tried to modify by adding a sub-domain mail.pracs.in with redirection to the https://mail.zoho.com/portal/pracs.

Kindly suggest how to resolve this.
