Custom Zoho Reports from Candiate Tab Fields Not Available

I have created custom fields within my candidate tab in Zoho Recruit: i.e Roll Off Month, Roll Off Date, Current Client ... When I try to create a report, I cannot find these fields available within the cadidate table?  How do I access these fields to create a report where I can target candidates that are on current assignements that will be rolling off within 30-60-90 days?  it appears that there are limited fields only available where all the fileds within the db sould be availalbe to lookup or query against.
