Customer and Item Data from Paypal Feed

Customer and Item Data from Paypal Feed

Hi,

I'm testing the live stream feed from our bank (Paypal) which I connected to Zoho Books. The transactions are showing up as uncategorized and I've been adding rules to classify them quickly. I have many questions about this process:

1) If I have 500 transactions and establish a rule for all of them (for example anything that says, "Payment Details..." is categorized as "Sales without invoice"), do I have to click on each transaction and press save? That's 1000 clicks! Is there a way to select every transaction that has been assigned a rule and save them all together (2 clicks) instead of opening each transaction individually to save them (1000 clicks)?

2) Is it possible to receive more information from the Paypal feed and have it automatically map the transaction? Right now, I see "Payment Details from Customer A" but the toolset on the right asks me who the customer is... I want the transaction to automatically recognize the customer from Paypal. Paypal knows the customers name already, why doesn't it populate in Zoho? Additionally, I'd like the customer info like shipping address to be on the customer contact. Is there a way to map these fields?

3) I see all of the transaction data combined as one amount, say $30. I want to see that the transaction is actually a combination of a $5 shipping income and $25 sales income for a total of $30. Is there a way to do this since the data is already separated in Paypal? Again - mapping fields for stream feed (Paypal or any bank).

4) I only have to apply sales tax if the Customer is located in California. Is there a way to see the customer data (which Paypal already has) in Zoho? Secondly, is it possible to setup a rule based on shipping state (a field in Paypal) to apply sales tax when the Shipping State = California ?

Thanks for taking the time and look forward to your answers!
