Customization of forms remains after 15-day trial reverts to free version? I don't think so.
All of your documentation claimed that my customizations to forms would remain after the account went to the free version. I read everything I could find on that - there was nothing about it being limited. If that is misrepresented - on top of the fact that your offices are in India, not Pleasanton CA (which is not in a 408 area code calling area) - I am disinclined to use a credit card to pay for services to extend to a full version any time soon; and will stop pushing to larger firm colleagues that they should consider this service. It was your own descriptions of the accounts that stated the customizations would remain. I put a lot of time and thought into those - perhaps there should have been a clear note that I would lose all that work after the 15 day trial. Then I would not have wasted my time. People don't like to waste their time.
