Customization of table elements created through "publish in website"

I dunno if this is a feature request or I'm just new and don't see the obvious, so bear with.

The current pick list options in Recruit for the 'publish in website' are VERY limited. HTML certainly allows for more options, so my questions:
  1. Is there a way to select some other font besides the current 6 available? 
  2. Within the displayed table, the rows for each job seem to not be customizable for either background color, or font color (but the title row is - what's with that?). What's the mechanism to access these items? I know I can do it in HTML...
  3. Oh yeah, the alternating row colors that are currently used are almost unusable by the average reader. You must mouse over at least one of the rows to read them. If that's not changeable by the admin, I say it's a bug.
