Customize Email Sending Gateway

I would like to be able to have the Emails sent by Zoho Invoice show up in my Exchange Mailbox's "Sent Items" folder, so I have a better picture of all the emails I'm sending to my clients.
Would it be possible to have some sort of custom smtp gateway setup for sending email so it shows up in my sent box?
