Customize the look of the rating page (customer happiness rating)

Unfortunately, the DESK feature customer happiness rating page looks like this:





You can only control the following things (regarding the design):
  1. Change the Icons for the Good, Okay, Bad rating buttons
  2. Change the logo of the department
You can't control the following essential things:
  1. Background color
  2. Font size
  3. Font color
  4. Height and width of the logo in the upper page
  5. Border radius of the panel
Why can't I just customize the CSS myself.... so the rating page can not be adapted to our corporate design?!


Also the question, why can't I turn it off that the ticket processor is named? You might want to turn that off?!
