I'm hoping to move to Sheet from Excel.  There are a handful of buttons I use constantly and would like on the toolbar rather than hunting for them. 

Is there a way to customize the toolbar to add commonly used buttons?

Also, is there a way to put macro buttons in the toolbar rather than on the sheet itself?
