Customize translation for customer's portal?

Customize translation for customer's portal?

I've checked the customer's portal and it has been shown in Portuguese from Portugal language, which is very bad to brazilian people, where I am and make business.

So, is there any possibility to customize some words just for the customer's portal?

Additionally, I saw that customers only can pay their invoices (using Paypal for example) through customer's portal. Is there a way to send a direct paypal link instead of an url to take customers to portal?
