customized online application form

Dear Zoho team,

I realy like the possibility to have a customized online application form for each of the jobs. However, it would be nice if you found a way to improve the clarity. The two boxes from where the fields can be selected are realy small and as you perhaps can imagine if there are dozens of fields in the lists its gets a little tricky. Moreover, whenever I move fields back and forth between the two fields they are sometimes not being put back below the category they belong to, but at the end of the list, which makes it even more complicated. Finaly, It would also be very helpfull if a language could be assigned to an online application form and/or a job. It would affect how certain fields are labeled and would look even more professional.
