Customizing reports

Dear Zoho-Team, I want to customize my reports. I already made some research on the internet, but I did not find a solution. I click on the button "reports" ... in the next stept ... there is no window with the button "new report" ... could you please help me? Kind regards, Romina Bobbio-Schabauer
