Daily Mail Size Quota Exceeds Limit. Even Though No Mail Sent From The Account

Hey,

I keep getting "your mail blocked" message from you guys with the reason "Daily Mail Size Quota Exceeds Limit.".

The problem is I did not send any mail from my mail account. I'm in control of all of my mail clients.

How can I overcome this issue?
