We need to chart sales orders over time with a daily summary of the value not invoiced on sales orders. It's easy to capture the current total, is there any way to capture the historic sales order data?

We're looking for something along the lines of:

Sum of value not invoiced on 01/11/2022

Sum of value not invoiced on 02/11/2022

Sum of value not invoiced on 03/11/2022

etc..
