I have a dashboard with just one widget tracking current value against previous value.  A new value is uploaded to the table every 15 minutes.  When I create a permalink for this dashboard, even with auto refresh turned on at 120 seconds, it doesn't keep the value up to date with the latest one in the table.  I'm using this to monitor building occupancy for COVID and I need it to be up to date.

Seems to me that while the page refreshes, it doesn't refresh the dashboard in the background to retrieve the latest data.  How can this be rectified?
