I went with Google Spreasheets on Zoho Spreadsheets when I found the problem.

Data Validation - here I will set everything up. Unfortunately, if I enter text into a cell, I have to enter the text exactly and I have no help as to which data is available. I have to write exactly the letter after the letter. In Google, it was enough to write a word and all the free options were offered. It's a problem when you have more than 100 options.
