Here in Canada the date is often confusing as we have British and American influence.

Some people will use DD/MM/YYYY and others will use MM/DD/YYYY.

While both are acceptable, it can get very confusing.

We'd like to make the date clear when we send notifications to candidates for interviews.

For now, our template contains the text "Date format is DD/MM/YYYY". We'd like to eliminate that text if possible because it doesn't look very professional.
