Date format when scheduling an interview

Hi,

When I schedule an interview with a candidate I use a email template to notify the candidate of the upcoming appointment.
When I merge the field ${Interview Date} I can't select the date format. The problem is that our candidates are from the Netherlands and the default date format (e.g. 30 May-2011 om 09:00 AM) doesn't look very professional, since the format is in English.

In 'My Account' I changed the country/language to Netherlands/Dutch but this doesn't change this. Is there any other way to fix this, because otherwise the

${Interview Date} field is useless to us.
