Dates aren't relevant to a Project Template

I don't know how other users use the Project Template system, but I find that having absolute dates doesn't make sense.

Every time I want to use a template or revise one, I have to go through and fix all the dates.

Relative Dates like how many days for a given milestone make sense, but not absolute dates.

Changing this would, for me, save a lot of time and effort.
