Day 10 of Sync failure between desk & analytics...
I'm going on day 10 of "temporary" sync failures between zoho desk & zoho analytics. I have deleted the integration (which deletes the table and makes all the reports and dashboards useless) and re-added it. Both times it works for the first sync then stops. I submitted a ticket to Zoho Support same day and they still say their dev team is "working on it"
Anyone else experienced this sort of issue and this poor of support from Zoho ?
