Hello,

I have the trial version of Zoho One. I want to upgrade to the paid plan but I have difficulty in deactivating a user account no longer required. In the control panel I can't find any icon to use to deactivate this unwanted account. I have followed the required guide from the knowledge base. Please can anyone advice?
