Personally, I do not like my customers to see the branding of the Software I use. In the case of the Zoho paid version luckily all Zoho branding can be removed. 

Unfortunately on the client portal there are still several places where Zoho branding is still present. For example one of them are the short links used on SMS to Zoho Portal. The short link that has to be used has to be from Zoho.

Also when giving the client the option to Sign in (it would be great if this option could be removed) there is an option on the bottom part to sign in if you are an employee. It would be great if it could be deactivated as it does not look very good from the client's perspective a link to the Zoho product.
