Deal Emails from Contact Roles

Let me explain the scenario. We have a Deal X with Account A. Now this Account A is the main point of contact, but Account A uses an external service (for example accounting) of Account B. This Account B has also sent emails from Contact C related to Deal X regarding payment.

Now we have linked Contact C from Account B into the Deal X, and we can see in Account B all emails of Contact C.

The problem is that in the Deal X emails, we can not see the emails of Contact C and cannot bind them to the deal!

It seems like it will only show the emails that were sent to contacts in Account A, even though some emails of Account B go to this email (we use IMAP to sync our Zoho Mail to Zoho CRM).

Is this a limitation of Zoho CRM or is there a way of binding to the deal the emails of Contact C?
