We often work with prepaid hours (with a discount). In that case, the customer buys 10 hours with a discount which serves as a buffer.

Is it possible to deduct hours from this buffer? If yes, is it also possible to deduct these hours only when a ticket has certain characteristics (for example only if ticket type is 'question' and not in case of ticket type is 'issue')?
