Default email address is not working properly

Default email address is not working properly

Hello,
I followed instructions on creating alias email. I now have one superadmin adress and my alias. I set up my superadmin adress as my default adress but whenever I want to write a new message I have to remember to switch in the "new message" tab my email adress FROM alias to default superadmin adress even though I changed it to be default.
