Default project view

I would like to set the project view for all of the employees and contractors so that they do not have to filter in order to see all the task lists. I'm using the Kanban view and setting up task lists with "To Do", "In Progress", "Testing" and "Done" the idea is that New tasks get moved across the screen as they are worked on. The problem I have is that the default view is classic and We can not see the task lists if they do not have any open tasks in them unless we filter for closed tasks. I don't want the team to have to do extra clicking and filtering in order to see the lists to move their tasks to them. Is there a way to set Kanban with open and closed tasks to display globally for everyone?
