We recently rolled Projects out to all of our organization, and while overall I'm pleased, it's a big deal that I can't define non-working days, which makes Duration useless for us.

 

Templates would be much easier to use if we could define non-working days as well as the project start date, rather than "shift date".

 

It's not a deal-breaker for us yet, but I could see this being a sticking point in the future.
