Hi,
We don't delete user accounts from our side due to security reasons.
Please follow the steps below to close the account :
Note: Once the account is deleted, all the data associated with the account across all Zoho applications (Mail, CRM, etc. ) will be lost and cannot be retrieved.
Step 1: Delete Domain - Login to your account through https://mail.zoho.com >> click Control Panel (Mail & Docs) >> Domains >> Ensure the Mail Hosting envelope icon is grayed out to disable Mail Hosting >> Once done, click on the red ( X ) to delete the domain.
Step 2 : Delete Organization - (go to) Control Panel >> Dashboard >> Delete Organization.
Step 3 : To delete / close the account , sign out and sign back in through https://accounts.zoho.com/ >> click Close Account.
