This issue is ongoing and really frustrating as we rely on this email address to use Zoho (as all of our customers use it to contact us) and changing it would mean changing from Zoho, which we love and do not want to do.

The following email addresses were created with our cruisetouch.com domain, however, we deleted the users and the organisation a few weeks ago and moved to Google - we hated Google and so we're back with Zoho which we really love in comparison, but we cannot recreate our deleted users as it says they already exist.

Could you please delete the following users from your database so we can re-add them as they do not appear on my end and I cannot delete them:

1. ahoy@cruisetouch.com

2. careers@cruisetouch.com
