Dependencies and resource usage/time

I am liking this program more and more. Though there are several areas lacking.
It needs more details on setting and managing the tasks parameters particulary Dependencies where one task cannot begin until another is ended and setting a task to auto start based on the end of another therefore only needing the duration of effort to map it.
Some tasks depend on another task occuring after it (working backwards) these should link accross milestones and be allocated to a start or and end of a slected task(s)
The tasks are currently to independent of each other and leaves to much room for mistakes.

Also a task duration (lets say one week) is not equivalent to the effort required or available from the resource say 16 hours over the week. This then assists in budgeting (time and resources) and should be reflected in the reports and how the gantt chart shows the allocation.
MS Project doesnt handle this very well smoothly.

If you can address these items then wow you would win be big time.
