Dependency Picklist Not Working

Hi, i think that "field dependencies" feature is having some kind of problem. My Parent Field is "Área em que é ESPECIALISTA* and "Conhecimentos e competências é que é especialista:" is the Child Field. But its now working. Please go here and select the "TESTE" job ad.
