Desk FAQ Article views in Analytics
Hi,
I am trying to report on the success of various FAQ (Knowledge Base) articles we have created in Zoho Desk. One of the metrics we wanted to track was the view count for each article.
I can't see view count as a default option in the FAQ table in the Desk Integration with Analytics.
Am I missing something? If this isn't integrated currently, is there any way to work around this with an API call, since the API can pick up the view count?
Any insight would be much appreciated.
