Good Afternoon, 

I have downloaded the app, uninstalled it and reinstalled it multiple times. 

Each time I finish the installation process: I get to an option and select it. 

The screen I was on closes and nothing reopens in its place. The program does not run any futher.

My P.C. says the program is running yet I get no response when I click on the icon.

I have not been able to get it started.
