Hi guys,

 

Is there a desktop (windows) app for chat?  I have been using another chat software for several years and it uses a desktop app for the technician.  It looks like Zoho chat requires that a browser be open in order to notify.  I'm a one man operation and I work on multiple computers (and several virtual machines as well) and I wouldn't remember to keep a browser open with the chat all the time.  Any ideas for a solution?
