Desktop Copy of created Website

I am in the final stages of migrating email as well as contacts to Zoho. I am also interested in Zoho Sites. I have one existing website, and one still to build. The existing I created using Microsoft FrontPage 2000. I have three questions right now:
1. Is the any way to import pages from my existing website or do I have to re-create from scratch?

2. I read somewhere recently that you are now (or will be very soon) able to download a copy of your website created in Zoho Sites to your desktop so that you have a back-up copy in case you accidentally delete it or otherwise compromise it. Is this so, or if not, how would you otherwise create a back-up copy?

3. Can I give it a try with the free version without a domain name, just to play around and get a feel for it, and then upgrade and then use my domain names?
