Desktop Email fails to open

On several computers in our office, the Zoho Email application does not launch properly and needs to be terminated via the Task Manager.  After terminating all instances in task manager the application opens without issues.  Usually when a user is affected, there are many instances of the Desktop Email application that need to be closed via Task Manager.  Also occurs with the Desktop Cliq app.  Users are on Windows 7 and Windows 10.
