Detailed list of scoring rules in Zoho CRM
Good morning Zoho community, warm greetings
The reason for my message today is that I have a problem with my CRM, which I will explain below:
Our organization has scoring rules designed to rate our potential customers or leads in the application based on predefined characteristics.
What is the problem or difficulty presented?
Within the Leads module, when you select a particular lead, I will redirect you to its specific information, including the lead's score.
As you can see in the image, the score shown is the total score for that lead or potential customer. However (which is the reason for my message), for our marketing purposes, it would be ideal to see a detailed list of the criteria that make up that total score, for example:
- 5 points for x
- 10 points for y
- 5 points for z
In conversations I've had with Zoho's support teams, they unfortunately informed me that the app doesn't currently allow me to create such a detailed list natively. Therefore, I'm writing to the Zoho community today, seeking suggestions on how I can implement or create this detailed list: custom functions, automation, or any other method.
