Hello everyone,

I tried to create a Zoho mail account under a domain name I own. However after filling the form I was asked to enter the verification SMS but it never came to my phone. (phone and phone number are active) I tried to resend the code several times, but to no avail.

Then I tried to login with the email account and password I used when I tried to create the account and the login says there is no such account.

After that I tried to recreate the account again and it now says that my phone number is already being used by an existing Zoho account :(

Is there anyway I can get this sorted out?
