Difference in Time Zones issue

When arranging an interview between people who are in different time zones. eg. I am in London so using GMT, my candidate is in Paris so - CET, my client is in New York so - EST What is the best way to set up an interview / calender event so that all parties recieve the invite for their relevant time zones? Thanks!
