I would like to create a weekday photo session and a weekend photo session with different pricing for each. 
How can I do that within the Bookings setup? 

Ideally the weekend photo session would only be available for scheduling on Saturdays or Sundays, and the Weekday session would only be available for Monday through Friday.   

If I added a second staff person, then I could define the schedule with the staff setup page, but I am the only user in Zoho One. Can I set up another staff person for this purpose, and it not be considered an additional employee for Zoho One billing?
