Different User Emails Forwarding - Removing Duplicate Emails

Hello,

I manage an email that receives forwarded email from different users within the same domain. I have this setting set up to manage the different projects and to minimize the number of streams and forwarded emails. 

This set up is very useful in my role, however, I find myself removing duplicate threads. Emails with the same subject line and content but with sent to addresses. I wouldn't mind having the separate email but I would rather have them under the same thread.

What setting can I change to have the same subject line, same content, and different recipient emails appear in the same thread?
