Difficulty setting up email notification

When someone uses my Contact Us box on my website, I'd like their message to be sent to my Yahoo email address.

I've tried setting this up several different ways and sending several test Emails from my own website, but none of them are reaching my Yahoo email. However, the test emails all showed up on the Contact Manager page.

I've included two screenshots of my settings. Please note than in Form Alias Email ID I have tried putting my Yahoo email address but I still did not receive my test email from the Contact Us form. Are you able to advise me?
