Dificul situation, we need logs or something to go to court for one of my clients.

Hi there guys,

We are facing a dificult situation, we migrated all our clients to zoho mail about 6 months ago in order to increase security (you all probably know about the issues when your administrating mail servers..).

One of our client call us saying that his partner (wich was recently separated from him) destroyed their website and deleted some inboxes before leaving the company.

By reading this forum we already know that there is no way to rollback this situation, i mean those inboxes are deleted for ever even if there was sensitive information inside them.

Well our client still wants to go to court cose there were more things involved on this situation, and hes asking us for logs. We already explained them that even if we got apache logs etc... its quite a dificult situation. Cose one ip says not much... you have to speak with ISPs in order to know who was the one conecting and all this information is kind of private....

Well our question is simple. ¿Those zoho give the posibility on this kind of situation to ask for logs? I mean, for example ¿can we know when this inbox was deleted?

We are wondering if zoho can help my client in order to prove something... any kind of information would be good.

By the way, he has not premium account since he was registered when you could use POP and IMAP for free.

If anyone suggests us any idea just tell us.

(We already changed all passwords and noone is using right now that mail service, they are using another domain temporally till we resolve all this)
