Disable Client Access - System Wide
Our firm uses Zoho Projects for work we conduct for clients. Our process is proprietary and confidential, however, and it appears to be commonplace to have dialogues regularly appear to allow for the invitation to clients in addition to internal users.
Is there anyway to disable/remove, either on a client level, or preferably a system-wide level, the option to ever have a client receive communications from it? There is no scenario where we would like them to receive communications from Zoho Projects.
Their email addresses are being provided by their Zoho CRM links.
