disabled account blocking new email
I have a new domain "academiapedrofernandes.com.br" and
registered user "patricia@
academiapedrofernandes.com.br" at zoho.
But this was not a valid email.
after that I registered my personal gmail and I verified the domain.
However
I can not add the user "patricia@
academiapedrofernandes.com.br" because:
"Email Id already registered
"
or create a alias:
"
The email address is already registered with another account which is not a part of this organization."
when I login in "
patricia@academiapedrofernandes.com.br" appears:
"Account is disabled"
how can I delete this disabled account for register again at my organization?
