Disappearing access to email - EU related
Hi I've created an email account for my wife and have a major problem with accessing it. When she navigates to the zoho mail login she gets taken to the EU login page and when entering the all account name and password information it says no such account. When I try and create a new account then with the same, non-existent email address I get told it's already in use. A simple way forward would be appreciated.
