Displaying only record specific docs

We have a customized Zoho CRM app where-in the leads module has been modified to reflect clients information. Each client has their own set of documents which will be uploaded in to Zoho. The requirement is, from the client view we should be able to select a particular client and view the documents pertaining only to that client. Is this possible to do in Zoho CRM? If not, is there any way in which we can do this in Zoho creator and access the same from Zoho CRM.

Would greatly appreciate any help in this regard.
