DKIM and outgoing mail

Hi we have same use with DKIM verification from Zoho control panel. we followed the instructions and added a new txt record in our dns. The outdoor site verification gives us successful, but Zoho as Verification failed. we also have a few accounts with outgoing mail in locked.
